dc.description.abstractDuring the experiment concentration of methane in the biogas increased faster with increase of substrate moisture both under mesophilic and thermophilic conditions. However the increase in thermophilic mode was more dynamic. Mesophilic conditions are more suitable for methane fermentation of chicken manure at low moisture level. Substrate moisture value which could cease methane production both temperatures modes was not found.uk_UA
