В статті проаналізовано динаміку виробничого травматизму на підприємствах харчової промисловості при виробництві напоїв за період з 2010 по 2018 роки. Було встановлено, що організаційні фактори призводять до 80% виробничого травматизму. The results of the study of the accident are presented in distribution by profession, age, general work experience, and experience in the specialty of the victims. Prophylactic measures are proposed to prevent occupational injuries in the production of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceuticals. В статті проаналізовано статистичні дані щодо причин, наслідків та обставин виробничого травматизму при виробництві основних фармацевтичних продуктів і фармацевтичних препаратів за період з 2013 по 2018 роки. Під час проведення дослідження застосовано прикладний статистичний аналіз даних про нещасні випадки, метод головних компонент. Було проведене дослідження трендів часових рядів виробничого травматизму, що базується на даних Державної служби статистики України. Наведено результати дослідження розподілу нещасних випадків за професією, віком, загальним стажем роботи, стажем за спеціальністю потерпілих. Запропоновано профілактичні заходи щодо запобігання виробничого травматизму при виробництві основних фармацевтичних продуктів і фармацевтичних препаратів.Документ Analysis of selection factors for estimation of labour safety in the enterprises of the meat industry(2013) Evtushenko, Olga; Kovalenko, Sergey D.For the analysis and assessment of safety in the meat industry due to incompletely statistics in the field of agriculture for identifying factors that affect the safety, it is advisable to use the method of expert estimations. At the initial stage of experimental work, when we should separate the most important factors according to interview of specialists, from large number of factors, special attention is given to a priori method of ranking factors. Feature of the method is that the factors which, according to a priori information can have a significant impact, are ranked by decreasing their influence. The aim is to evaluate and identify the aggregate of factors that affect the risk of injury to workers meat processing plants during manufacturing operations in the workplace. Studies were conducted using the method of a priori ranking factors on the results of the expert survey. Analysis of the results of expert evaluation with sufficient consensus view of experts (95%) allowed us to rank and prioritize factors, what are affecting on overall injury rate during the process, and also importance of measures that will improve the level of safety in meat processing plants. The most significant impact on injuries and occupational diseases of workers meat processing enterprises has organizational and technical group factors. Obtained risk matrices of the injuries with death or deathless consequences for 15 types of accidents that were causing to accidents, and 16 reasons of traumatism during 2003–11 period. There are quantitative statistical evaluations for 240 types of risk reasons for binary groups “the reason of an accident – type of traumatic effect” in the matrices of risk. The presence of quantitative evaluations in the matrices of risk permits to provide ranking of risk types in accordance to their seriousness. Such measure makes choosing of preventive methods much easier and provides effective influence onto total risks (at the expense of orientation of prophylaxis in accordance to types with the highest rate of risk).The main feature of risk matrices is that the comparison of two matrices (for traumatism with death and deathless consequences) gives a chance to get additional characteristic about seriousness of traumatism. This information can be expressed through the quantity of victims in accidents without death consequences relatively to one death accident. It is the first time the regularity of the ranking of binary ratio “the reason of an accident – type of traumatic effect” is set for enterprises of the food industry. It was established that continuous fermentation mode of wastewater flows is the most effective to get the additional source of energy - biogas. Investigated ways of intensification of the aerobic fermentation stage can increase the productivity of an aeration tank in the wastewater treatment, reducing respectively the environmental load in the region where a food industry enterprise is situated. Метою даної статті було визначення оптимальних параметрів очищення стічних вод та усунення певних недоліків аеробного бродіння. Встановлено, що безперервний режим бродіння потоків стічних вод є найбільш ефективним для отримання додаткового джерела енергії – біогазу. We show a results of occupational injury dynamic research in Food Industry of Ukraine from 2003 to 2011 years. Distribution for male and female injured employees on enterprises of Food Industry was performed. Indexes of injury rate and heaviness were calculated. The program is constructed by a programming of C++ language. «An account of accidents is on an enterprise» allows to create the bank of data necessary for the analysis of reasons and circumstances of industrial accidents; to form, to print, to send on electronic e-mail reports of acts on a form N-1. An act on a form N-1 is a primary document for an account, analysis and development of measures, on the removal of reasons of traumatism. The form of act about an accident is made so, that enables to conduct the deep analysis of reasons of traumatism and on the basis of it to develop and carry out effective measures on his decline. Information of act can expose the real picture of event and bring a benefit only to the that case, when they are made correctly and objectively on the basis of the preliminary conducted investigation of accident. Even insignificant inaccuracy, omission and haste, at drafting of act can result in a wrong conclusion.
