The article analyzes the dynamics of occupational injuries in the food industry in the production of beverages for the period from 2010 to 2018. It was found that organizational factors lead to 80% of occupational injuries. Violations were mainly due to employees' poor knowledge of occupational safety rules. В статті проаналізовано динаміку виробничого травматизму на підприємствах харчової промисловості при виробництві напоїв за період з 2010 по 2018 роки. Було встановлено, що організаційні фактори призводять до 80% виробничого травматизму. В основному порушення відбувалися через слабкі знання працівниками правил безпеки праці.
Analysis of reasons, circumstances and consequences of manufacturing traumatism during production of main pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations

In the article there is analyzed statistics on the causes, consequences and circumstances of occupational injuries at the pharmaceutical products and pharmaceuticals for the period from 2013 to 2018, and is found that organizational factors lead to 80% of industrial injuries. The results of the study of the accident are presented in distribution by profession, age, general work experience, and experience in the specialty of the victims. Prophylactic measures are proposed to prevent occupational injuries in the production of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceuticals. В статті проаналізовано статистичні дані щодо причин, наслідків та обставин виробничого травматизму при виробництві основних фармацевтичних продуктів і фармацевтичних препаратів за період з 2013 по 2018 роки. Під час проведення дослідження застосовано прикладний статистичний аналіз даних про нещасні випадки, метод головних компонент. Було проведене дослідження трендів часових рядів виробничого травматизму, що базується на даних Державної служби статистики України. Наведено результати дослідження розподілу нещасних випадків за професією, віком, загальним стажем роботи, стажем за спеціальністю потерпілих. Запропоновано профілактичні заходи щодо запобігання виробничого травматизму при виробництві основних фармацевтичних продуктів і фармацевтичних препаратів.
Analysis of selection factors for estimation of labour safety in the enterprises of the meat industry

For the analysis and assessment of safety in the meat industry due to incompletely statistics in the field of agriculture for identifying factors that affect the safety, it is advisable to use the method of expert estimations. At the initial stage of experimental work, when we should separate the most important factors according to interview of specialists, from large number of factors, special attention is given to a priori method of ranking factors. Feature of the method is that the factors which, according to a priori information can have a significant impact, are ranked by decreasing their influence. The aim is to evaluate and identify the aggregate of factors that affect the risk of injury to workers meat processing plants during manufacturing operations in the workplace. Studies were conducted using the method of a priori ranking factors on the results of the expert survey. Analysis of the results of expert evaluation with sufficient consensus view of experts (95%) allowed us to rank and prioritize factors, what are affecting on overall injury rate during the process, and also importance of measures that will improve the level of safety in meat processing plants. The most significant impact on injuries and occupational diseases of workers meat processing enterprises has organizational and technical group factors. These factors, above all, should be considered when designing measures for safety in the workplace enterprises of meat industry.

Causal relationship occupation injurj in the food industries

The presented article is devoted to the results of research of technical and organizational reasons and types of events that occur during injuries at the food enterprises. Obtained risk matrices of the injuries with death or deathless consequences for 15 types of accidents that were causing to accidents, and 16 reasons of traumatism during 2003–11 period. There are quantitative statistical evaluations for 240 types of risk reasons for binary groups “the reason of an accident – type of traumatic effect” in the matrices of risk. The presence of quantitative evaluations in the matrices of risk permits to provide ranking of risk types in accordance to their seriousness. Such measure makes choosing of preventive methods much easier and provides effective influence onto total risks (at the expense of orientation of prophylaxis in accordance to types with the highest rate of risk).The main feature of risk matrices is that the comparison of two matrices (for traumatism with death and deathless consequences) gives a chance to get additional characteristic about seriousness of traumatism. This information can be expressed through the quantity of victims in accidents without death consequences relatively to one death accident. It is the first time the regularity of the ranking of binary ratio “the reason of an accident – type of traumatic effect” is set for enterprises of the food industry. And its main clue is that approximately 20% of them causes 75% of the traumatism risk.
Development of the occupational safety in the food industry with regard for the risk-based approach

Environmental and security aspects wastewater treatment stations of food industry in Ukraine

The aim of this article was to determine the optimal parameters of wastewater treatment and to eliminate the certain deficiencies of aerobic fermentation. It was established that continuous fermentation mode of wastewater flows is the most effective to get the additional source of energy - biogas. Investigated ways of intensification of the aerobic fermentation stage can increase the productivity of an aeration tank in the wastewater treatment, reducing respectively the environmental load in the region where a food industry enterprise is situated. Метою даної статті було визначення оптимальних параметрів очищення стічних вод та усунення певних недоліків аеробного бродіння. Встановлено, що безперервний режим бродіння потоків стічних вод є найбільш ефективним для отримання додаткового джерела енергії – біогазу. Досліджені шляхи інтенсифікації стадії аеробного бродіння дозволяють підвищити продуктивність аеротенка при очищенні стічних вод, відповідно знижуючи навантаження на навколишнє середовище в регіоні, де знаходиться підприємство харчової промисловості.

Exploration of occupational injuries in food industry of Ukraine

The aim of this work is carrying out of statistical analysis of occupational injuries among Food Industry employees. The object of research is occupational injury in Food Industry for 2003-2011 period. Status of occupational injury in Ukraine was analyzed for 2003-2011 period. We show a results of occupational injury dynamic research in Food Industry of Ukraine from 2003 to 2011 years. Distribution for male and female injured employees on enterprises of Food Industry was performed. Indexes of injury rate and heaviness were calculated. And finally, distribution of accidents for main reasons, sorts of events, profession group, age, work experience was performed.
Formation database of accounting cases in the enterprise food industry

Materials of investigations and current information about accidents allowed to estimate the state of safety of labour and serve as foundation for development of measures on activation of prophylactic work on warning of production traumatism. The program is constructed by a programming of C++ language. «An account of accidents is on an enterprise» allows to create the bank of data necessary for the analysis of reasons and circumstances of industrial accidents; to form, to print, to send on electronic e-mail reports of acts on a form N-1. An act on a form N-1 is a primary document for an account, analysis and development of measures, on the removal of reasons of traumatism. The form of act about an accident is made so, that enables to conduct the deep analysis of reasons of traumatism and on the basis of it to develop and carry out effective measures on his decline. Information of act can expose the real picture of event and bring a benefit only to the that case, when they are made correctly and objectively on the basis of the preliminary conducted investigation of accident. Even insignificant inaccuracy, omission and haste, at drafting of act can result in a wrong conclusion. By the basic transmitters of informative base, and also primary statistical documents in the system of operative account and analysis of production traumatism is an act about the accident of form of Н-1 and report about investigation of accident of form of Н-2, hospital letter, and also annual reports.
Formation of intelligent agents of the information and analytical system of enterprise safety management

It is determined that the proposed complex automation system of labor protection management for companies in food industry, can be used to improve project management decisions on operational analysis of working conditions in the food enterprise, definition of areas to prevent occupational injuries and organizational measures for the protection of labor basis.
Improvement the system of safety management in the food industry enterprises

The methods of labor protection management, based on a combination of statistical analysis, expert estimation with ranking factors and combined forecasting the risks of occupational injuries with the implementation of algorithm formation of proposals about improving working conditions in the food industry enterprises, were improved. The results, which can be used in improving the management solutions' projects about providing safe working conditions of employees in the food industry enterprises as well as in the other industries of Ukraine, were received.

Being built on the base of conceptual reasoning of the main tasks, structure and functions and also thanks to modern information systems, the Register gives a chance to follow the cause-and-effect relationships and to control the risks of injury during work. The program «Analysis_of_accidents 1.0» is developed for registration accidents and injuries in production according to the reports of form H-1 and it was built in C++.

The introduction of this technique at the enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry in the traditional procedures of internal audit will achieve a new quality of functioning of automated information-analytical systems of labor protection management and significantly increase the efficiency of information processing in decision-making processes due to the efficiency and accuracy of choosing the optimal set of measures for ensuring safety.
