Документ An intelligent production planning support system between bakery enterprises(2022) Limanska, Nataliia; Hrybkov, Serhii; Kostikov, MykolaThe paper proposes an intelligent system for production planning support between bakery enterprises. Considering the specifics of bakery enterprises, a mathematical model of profit is proposed. This model takes into account logistical features when distributing orders among several enterprises in this industry. The paper considers the complex task of taking into account the necessary raw materials supply to corresponding factories, as well as the supply of finished products to customers. The proposed mathematical model allows the creation of an order fulfillment plan that takes into account all operations of the technological process in the manufacturing of products. It also allows adjustment and evaluation of the order fulfillment efficiency depending on the objective and subjective advantages provided by the decision maker and allows both consideration and exclusion of certain partial criteria depending on a specific situation. The model makes it possible to estimate and build an operational-calendar order fulfillment plan. The paper analyzes several methods and approaches that are included in the intelligent support system for planning the manufacturing of products between bakery enterprises that belong to the same company or have a cooperation agreement concluded between them, which will make it possible to derive the entire management process to a new level. The proposed information system structure makes it possible to combine the use of modified algorithms and methods based on combining algorithms, which were also analyzed in the work, as well as some classical approaches. The system provides a possibility to select a set of algorithms and methods, which increases the range of applications. The proposed system quickly forms an operational calendar plan for order fulfillment with cost minimization aimed at maximizing profit; enables reduction of logistics costs, which ensures obtaining higher quality products with minimal waiting time; allows quick adjustment of the existing calendar plan of orders, which makes it possible to respond to orders in real-time and ensure optimal use of technological equipment; significantly increases the efficiency of using raw materials, and also ensures the minimization of costs for their storage; ensures a quick response in case of negative and extraordinary situations by making appropriate changes to the current order fulfillment plan.Документ Core ontology for describing production equipment according to intelligent production(2022) Vlasenko, Lidia; Lutska, Natalia; Zaets, Natalia; Korobiichuk, Igor; Hrybkov, SerhiiThis article presents the development of a core ontology for describing knowledge about the technological and technical parts of a production plant, in particular, theoretical knowledge for monitoring, diagnosing and forecasting of production equipment, taking into account the concept of Industry 4.0. This study is related to the definition of terms and their relationships for the processing industry in the core ontology. The core ontology is the basis for the development of domain and application ontologies, which create conditions for the system solution for the complex problems of operating industrial equipment. It consists of an ontological classification of core concepts according to the fundamental basic formal ontology. The essences of BFO were specified and revealed by methods of decomposition and generalization according to generally accepted structures of industrial enterprises. The proposed ontology contains 33 classes, 7 object properties and 34 individuals. The ontology is conceptually transparent and semantically clear, so it is suitable for theoretical knowledge transfer, sharing and retrieval. The ontology is implemented in the OWL language and validated. This article provides examples of requests for work with ontology, which prove the effectiveness of its use in industrial enterprises.Документ Development of a modified ant colony algorithm for order scheduling in food processing plants(2022) Korobiichuk, Igor; Hrybkov, Serhii; Seidykh, Olga; Ovcharuk, Vladimir; Ovcharuk, AndriiThis developed modified ant colony algorithm includes an additional improvement with local optimization methods, which reduces the time required to find a solution to the problem of optimization of combinatorial order sequence planning in a food enterprise. The planning problem requires consideration of a number of partial criteria, constraints, and an evaluation function to determine the effectiveness of the established version of the order fulfillment plan. The partial criteria used are: terms of storage of raw materials and finished products, possibilities of occurrence and processing of substandard products, terms of manufacturing orders, peculiarities of fulfillment of each individual order, peculiarities of use of technological equipment, expenses for storage and transportation of manufactured products to the end consumer, etc. The solution of such a problem is impossible using traditional methods. Інформаційна технологія ґрунтується на комбінуванні алгоритмів мурашиної колонії, сірих вовків та генетичного, а також розробленій математичної моделі оперативного виконання замовлень. Перевагами комбінування алгоритмів є формування альтернативних варіантів планів та уникнення локальних оптимумів. Запропонована математична модель містить часткові критерії, обмеження та оціночну функцію для визначення ефективності сформованого варіанту плану виконання замовлень. Для наочності оцінки ефективності варіанту виконання замовлень запропоновано застосування пелюсткової діаграми та адитивної згортки часткових критеріїв. Математична модель дозволяє ОПР визначити будь-який набір часткових критеріїв для врахування особливостей параметрів виконання замовлень. Інформаційна технологія забезпечує швидку реконфигурацію поточного плану виконання замовлень у разі виникнення позаштатних ситуацій або необхідності термінового виконання певного замовлення. Abstract: An information technology has been proposed that aims to resolve the task of planning the fulfillment of orders for manufacturing products at food enterprises under conditions of uncertainty and risk. The information technology is based on combining the ant colony, gray wolves, and genetic algorithms, as well as the constructed mathematical model of the operative execution of orders. The advantages of algorithm combination include the formation of alternative variants of plans and the avoidance of local optima. The proposed mathematical model includes the partial criteria, constraints, as well as an evaluation function, for determining the effectiveness of the compiled plan of order execution. The application of a petal diagram and an additive convolution of partial criteria has been suggested to illustrate the clarity of a variant of order fulfillment. The mathematical model makes it possible for a DM to define any set of partial criteria to take into consideration the patterns of order execution. Pectin, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA, E 1203), glycerol (E 422), oleic acid were used in this study. The vapor permeability of the film was determined according to BS EN 12086:1997. The physical and mechanical properties (strength and elongation) of the films were determined on the TIRAtest-2151 universal testing machine. The article proposes a hybrid method on the basis of optimization algorithms inspired by nature for solving problems of food enterprise production process management in conditions of uncertainty and risk. This hybrid algorithm is based on FSS (Fish School Search) and GWO (Grey Wolf Optimizer) algorithms. Термін обробки ковбаси та м'яса було розділено на кілька етапів, кожний етап тривалості попередньо визначався аналітичним рішенням теплопередачі для будь-якого особливого розміру ковбасного продукту. Послідовні етапи термічного процесу включають етап сушіння, стадію куріння та стадію готування ковбасних виробів. Тривалість кожної стадії термічної обробки ковбаси може бути розрахована пропонованими емпіричними рівняннями. Розраховуючи тривалість термічної обробки ковбасних виробів, початковий стан температури продукту вважається середнім значенням температури. Спеціально розроблений алгоритм теплового розрахунку термообробки ковбасних виробів дозволяє оцінити споживання теплової енергії для будь-якої даної обробки кухні, враховуючи зміни технологічних параметрів. Обґрунтовано обрання алгоритму кажанів на основі стратегії пошуку польотів Levy, що забезпечує формування альтернативних планів виконання замовлень з урахування запропонованої математичної моделі.
