    Bioactive polymeric composites modified by poly-N-vinilpyrrolidone

    The polyurethane composites were modified by poly-N-vinilpyrrolidonein order to develop a depot form for anti-narcotic medication Antaxone. The sorption properties of polyurethane composites with differentpoly-N-vinilpyrrolidone content were determined. By using IR spectroscopy, the interactions between polyurethane matrix, poly-N-vinilpyrrolidone and Antaxone were studied.

    The synthesis of the new polymeric drug form based on hydrophilic bloc-copolyurethane

    The new polymeric drug form based on hydrophilic bloccopolyurethane containing the elements of copolymer of N-vinylpyrrolidone and vinyl alcohol have been synthesized. The possibility of chemical immobilization amizonum on a polyurethane carrier was investigated on example of model reaction amizonum with phenylisocyanate.
