    Engineering approach to optimization of pneumatic transportation processes in the food industry

    The study is aimed at developing and improving mechatronic systems for pneumatic transportation of bulk food products. The relevance of this topic is due to the ever-increasing requirements for the efficiency and accuracy of such systems in modern production processes. Existing models of pneumatic conveying often do not take into account the complex physical processes that occur during the movement of particles in a compressed air stream, such as particle migration, hydrodynamic and electrical interactions. This leads to inaccuracies in calculations and, as a result, to a decrease in the efficiency and reliability of systems. To solve this problem, we developed an experimental mechatronic module that allows us to study the process of pneumatic transportation in detail.

    Nowadays, pneumoelectric systems (PES) are widely used in various fields of human scientific and technical activity. Such systems are used to solve tasks related to movement, distribution and storage of liquids and gases. They are mainly control systems of mechanical units of various machines and aggregates or control systems of parameters (pressure, flow rate) of gaseous and liquid media. Structural diversity, simple and understandable logic of operation, reliability have expanded the field of application of PEPs for production processes taking into account specific requirements of technical regulations.

    The development of complex automated packaging systems, mechatronic assemblies, working bodies and parts for the AR library of augmented reality is an urgent task for finding new technical solutions
