    Social and economic effect of youth unemployment on the economy of Ukraine

    On the one hand, the transition to a market economy and democratization of society, the expanded capabilities of young people in the choice of sectors and economic activities have changed the working mentality. On the other hand, the country has weakened state control over employment and reduced social programs which led to the increased vulnerability of young people in the labor market and consequently worsened the problem of youth unemployment. A major problem is the spread of unemployment among recent graduates.

    Productivity of Ukrainian labor market

    Increasing productivity of labor is one of the objective economic laws inherent in every socioeconomic formation. This law is manifested in the fact that, owing to the development of the productive forces, society can reduce the socially necessary expenditures of labor for the production of certain goods intended for personal or social consumption. As people accumulate experience and knowledge and discover, master, and apply the laws of nature, the productivity of labor increase.

    Business enterprise cannot function without control, as it aims to test the efficiency of the resources, financial flows, activity and performance of various departments of the enterprise, etc. To eliminate negligence of the employees and deliberate destortion of the real state, an internal control should be introduced on the business entity and business enterprises. The audit emerged due to the distribution of the interests of those who are directly involved in the management of the company, as well as those who invest money into its operation.

    Importance of private ownership in the economy of Ukraine

    Dramatic transition to market economy and private property had the broad negative social consequences. The leading role in this process was played by rapid and outrageously unjust privatization of national property and by the ways it was distributed. As a result the phenomena of economic and/or property inequality, status inequality and inequality in access to various social benefits appeared in Ukrainian society. Political independence and transformational processes led to two phenomena. On the one hand, inequality relations have started development; on the other - scientists became aware that this phenomenon was part of scientific picture of the world.

Therefore, the role of the consumer market and the development of market relations are extremely important because consumer needs are determined by the volume of sales and production, as well as an assortment of goods. Consumption plays a decisive role in the economy of any country, as it is the easiest component of gross domestic product. Consumption is an individual sharing of consumer goods, aimed at meeting the physical and spiritual needs of people. The value form - this is the amount of money that is spent for purchase of material goods and services.

    There are as many frameworks and definitions of strategy as various scientific schools may be discerned among the various conceptual approaches to strategy. There is no one perfect strategic planning model for each organization. For the vast majority of companies, having well-defined visions and mission statements changes nothing. To be able to energize employees to work towards corporate objectives, visions and missions, managers should constantly communicate the mentioned corporate tasks to their employees.
