    Under conditions of continuous economic changes the innovations become the main factor contributing to the dynamic development and improving the functioning effectiveness and the economic system as a whole. The international experience of successful activity of the restaurant industry enterprises shows that an alternative way of surviving in a competitive environment is built on the basis of innovation, with the active using of modem scientific and technological achievements, as well as the willingness to innovate.
