Sewage treatment of wineries

The characteristics of winemaking sewage are given. The basic methods of their purification are characterized: mechanical, physical and chemical. The advantages of using anaerobic-aerobic technologies are given, which will allow to increase the efficiency of the process by using biogas as an alternative type of fuel.

The characteristic of sewage of dairy processing enterprises is given. The main methods of their purification are described. The damage they are causing to the environment is analyzed. Aerobic biological treatment is proposed. Modern biochemical methods are proposed for stimulation of the process.

The characteristics of dairy wastewater are given and characterized by the harm they cause to the environment. Aerobic biochemical purification is proposed. For stimulation of the process, intensive biochemical methods are used.
