It involves the combined decontamination from ions of heavy and non-ferrous metals in conditions of hydrodynamic cavitation. For example, a significant effect was found in the extraction of protein from defatted ground bones. The extraction process according to a similar scheme at 18-20°C allowed for an additional 4-6% of protein to be extracted by weight. The results of extraction of biologically active substances from vegetable raw materials were also obtained.
