In order to identify priority measures for publishing and printing companies with competitive potential and prospects for the industry development, a SWOT analysis is applied. The SWOT analysis revealed that potentially productive ways of enterprise development are expanding the range of products and services, improving their quality in the publishing and printing complex; integrating industry entities into the digital information environment, accessing international markets; state support in the implementation of measures to promote reading. It is determined that ensuring enterprises' efficiency requires the implementation of stages of effective enterprises development. Information support is necessary for making quality management decisions, respectively, to achieve the goals of development management. Resource potential combines a rational policy of supply and usage of financial, logistical, and labor resources. Organizational support aims to create an organizational structure in accordance with the purpose and objectives of enterprise management. The management of publishing and printing enterprises development aims at the transition to a new quality state, increasing earning capacity, competitiveness, extending the life cycle, mutually beneficial integration with the subjects of creative industries.Документ Theoretical basis of educational tourism: international aspect(2024) Gutkevych, Svitlana; Sydorenko, Pavlo; Pasternak, IgorInternational educational mobility plays a crucial role in the advancement of science and education, with far-reaching implications for socio-economic development. The growing number of internationally mobile students intensifies competition among host countries, which goes beyond the market for educational services. In the long run, it is the competition for human capital that is crucial for economic development. This study aims to deepen the understanding of educational tourism as a distinct form of educational mobility. The article reviews the literature and analyses existing approaches to the definition of educational tourism. By analysing different types of educational mobility, the paper proposes a classification based on the goals, age of travellers and stages of career development that better emphasises the unique features of educational tourism. Taking into account the interdisciplinary nature of educational tourism, the paper considers it within the framework of the concept that the authors call "MET: Mobility, Education, Tourism". This approach allowed the authors to propose a definition of educational tourism that better reflects the nature of this phenomenon and distinguishes it from other types of educational mobility. The authors have identified key factors that influence the development of educational tourism, including technological progress, globalisation of education, economic factors, government initiatives, educational innovations and current trends in the labour market. Based on the findings, this paper offers principles for promoting educational tourism, emphasising the concept of Tourist Lifetime Value (TLV). This approach takes a long-term view of educational travel, taking into account the potential for lifelong learning and repeat visits. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of educational tourism, providing a basis for developing effective strategies to stimulate its growth and enhance its positive socio-economic impact on both host and home countries.Документ Peculiarities of management of enterprises in the printing industry(2022) Safonov, Yurii; Gutkevych, Svitlana; Shenderivska, Linahe aim of the study is to analyze the features of management of printing enterprises, to give recommendations for business development. The significance of the printing industry in the publishing and printing complex for the formation of the intellectual capital of the nation, the development of a democratic humane and progressive society is substantiated. The factors determining the spread of small business in printing were revealed. They are related to the peculiarities of the consumer market, which requires a wide geography of supplies and personalized orders; to the development of scientific and technological progress, the result of which is the invention of less capital-intensive technologies; to the state policy focused on the stimulation of small business development. The relevance of the business model of cooperation in the publishing and printing complex at the international level has been proved. Its appropriateness is due to the small size of the domestic market, the lack of funding sources for innovation, the undeveloped domestic material and technical base. Enterprise management at the planning stage should take into account the high complexity of mastering employees CRM-systems. Understanding the strategic importance of spending time and resources on mastering new technologies and on personnel development provides synergy for the entire production system, promotes self-improvement of employees, their desire for continuous progress and, finally, increases their job satisfaction. International benchmarking is relevant to improve the management of printing companies. Necessity of investment strategy development taking into account modern political and economic factors is determined. Nowadays the theoretical study of the investment process at the micro and macro levels is relevant. Investing in agricultural sector in Ukraine has its own guidelines and priorities for attracting investment. Ukrainian agricultural sector does not have a high enough investment rating, which determines its investment attractiveness and depends on the political situation, efficiency and adequacy of legislation, economic policy, infrastructure development, foreign direct investment and a number of other factors. The functions of investment policy formation and the system of attractiveness criteria is provided only by the state, and this requires the formation of the investment strategy. Tourism contributes to the inflow of financial resources into the country, which brings income not only to tourism firms, but also provides tax revenues to the budget, increases demand for products and services, thereby stimulating the development of related industries. One of the most prioritized is rural green tourism, as it contributes to solving social and economic problems in villages, which is characteristic of modern Ukraine. In modern conditions of the Ukrainian economy development, the structure of the tourism industry is changing due to the development of promising types of tourism, including rural green tourism. This is a specific form of recreation in the countryside, which has wide possibilities of using the natural, material and cultural potential of certain regions. У статті розглянуто поняття сільського зеленого туризму, його роль та значення, визначено особливості розвитку сільського зеленого туризму, їх вплив на туристичну діяльність та економіку України. Туризм є сучасною та однією з найдинамічніших галузей економіки. Україна володіє значним потенціалом для розвитку як внутрішнього туризму, так і міжнародного. Туризм сприяє притоку в країну фінансових ресурсів, що дає доходи не лише туристичним фірмам, але й забезпечує податкові надходження до бюджету, збільшує попит та продукти та послуги, стимулюючи тим самим розвиток суміжних галузей. В сучасних умовах розвитку економіки України змінюється структура туристичної галузі за рахунок розвитку перспективних видів туризму, в тому числі сільського зеленого туризму. Серед альтернативних видів туризму одним з найбільш пріоритетних є сільський зелений туризм, оскільки він сприяє вирішенню соціальних та економічних проблем в селах, що є характерним для сучасної України. Це специфічна форма відпочинку на селі, яка має широкі можливості використання природного, матеріального і культурного потенціалу певних регіонів. У статті визначені мотиви туристів, які обрали метою подорожі – сільський зелений туризм. На основі аналізу законодавства України щодо сільського зеленого туризму визначено основні напрями державної політики, які сприятимуть подальшому ефективному розвитку цієї галузі. Розглянуто особливості туристичного пакета послуг зеленого туризму, які полягають у задоволенні потреб відпочивальників шляхом об’єднання зусиль окремих господарств, наприклад, харчування та проживання –в одному господарстві, отримання додаткових послуг –в іншому тощо. One of the newest forms of tourism is rural green tourism - a priority area in the tourism industry, which opens opportunities for solving a number of problems of rural development. Rural green tourism is a specific form of recreation in the countryside, which has ample opportunity to use the natural, material and cultural potential of certain regions. In the structure of the tourist complex of Ukraine of recent years rural green tourism has become one of the leading and most attractive types of tourism specialization, which requires increase its effective development and management. The analysis of the activity of rural green tourism objects will make it possible to increase the attractiveness of rural green tourism. The development of rural green tourism in the regions of Ukraine every year becomes more powerful and one of the perspective ways of solving social issues regarding employment in all regions and their socio - economic development. The article considers the investment system that is determined by the investment activity of financial institutions. The banking system is a dynamic system, the basis of the economic infrastructure of the market. The bank's investment operations are a complex process because the bank can be both an object and an investor. The bank's investment choices are influenced by the following major factors: expected rate of return, tax characteristics, mortgage requirements, risks.The stability of the banking system depends on the general equilibrium conditions between accumulation and investment demand. The state of the banking system affects investment. The structure of the modern banking system in Ukraine is in line with Western counterparts, and the domestic legal framework in the banking sector is perfect enough to regulate banking processes and ensure the stability of the banking sector. In a broader context, international investment processes are influenced by: the state of development of the world economy, international factor and investment markets; stability of the world monetary system; development of international investment infrastructure and the like. In the context of globalization, international investment is influenced by the interacting processes of trans nationalization and regional economic integration. The effects of global economic factors, on the one hand, offset some of the differences between countries, and on the other, it creates a macro environment for large-scale activity of international entities and investment institutions.
