    Principles of building a system for automating the activities of a process engineer based on an ontological approach within the framework of the industry 4.0 concept

    In this article, an approach to the continuous development of automation of the processes of creating, developing and applying standards based on the OSTIS Technology is proposed. Examples of these processes due to the involvement of end-users of the system using the tools and mechanisms of the OSTIS Technology are considered. Examples of further formalization of standards within the framework of the proposed approach are given.

    The role of semantic and ontological networks in the digital twin management in manufacturing

    The paper is devoted to present an overview of the current state of the digital twin development in manufacturing domain in order to determine the place of semantic and ontological networks in digital twin structure. In particular, the current international standards, technical reports and recommendations in the field of Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things regarding digital twins are considered and analyzed. The article is divided into 3 parts: the first part deals with the concept and main functions of digital twin from different points of view, including standards, the second part concentrates on modern systematized, standardized and applied functions of semantic and ontological networks in industry, in the third part the authors present their vision regarding the role of semantic and ontological networks in the digital twin development and implementation in industry.

    The synthesis of strategies for the efficient performance of sophisticated technological complexes based on the cognitive simulation modelling

    Based on experimental research and object-oriented analysis of a complex technological complex, a structure of a fuzzy cognitive model is created. A scenario-cognitive model in the form of a weighted oriented graph (fuzzy cognitive map) has been developed, which illustrates a set of connections and the nature of the interaction of expertly determined factors. To solve the problem of impossibility of operative interrogation of experts in case of change in parameters of functioning of difficult technological complexes, expert estimations of values of weight coefficients of mutual influence of concepts are received. Cluster analysis methods were used to group expert assessments and determine a single value as a result of the research. The results of the scenariocognitive modeling of the enterprise showed that production shutdowns and abnormal situations related to the failure of electrical equipment, deviations of the technological regime and the quality of wastewater treatment have a significant impact on the dynamics of productivity, energy efficiency and efficient use of equipment.

    Simulation of optimal controls for thermal mode of sugar factory inclined diffusion apparatus

    The work compares two regulators for optimal temperature regime inclined diffusion apparatus of sugar factory. First synthesized by standard algorithms ACOr and second with same algorithm, but with the introduction of an integrated component on error signal. Based on the heat balance of the mathematical model of control object, which consists of eight linear differential equations, the model coefficients are calculated and presented it to the space of state variables. Based on the simulation show that the control system, which is synthesized by ACOr insignificant static error that allowed for technological regulations diffusion process. The use of optimal control algorithm with integral component of the error signal by significantly delaying transients in the system although it eliminates static error, because the latter algorithm impractical to use

    Use of optimal controllers for multidimensional technological objects

    We study multidimensional optimal controllers for technological objects on an example of a subsystem of controlling temperature of juice-shaving mixture in an oblique diffusive plant of sugar production. On the basis of computer simulation we determine conditions, advantages and disadvantages of each of the systems with different controllers for the given object. Variants of implementation of some algorithms on modern technical automation means are given.
