Документ Wastewater treatment from nitrogen compounds(2020) Semenova, Olena; Bublienko, Natalia; Suleyko, Tetiana; Reshetnyak, LyudmilaIncreasing the concentration of nitrogen compounds in wastewater has led to a deterioration of surface water quality, which is the main source of economic drinking water supply for the vast majority of Ukrainians. The Government of reservoirs in the territory of Ukraine recorded an excess of norms for ammonia nitrogen – 2 – 15 times, nitrates – 7 – 20 times. The consequences of contamination with nitrogen compounds are eutrophication, which is caused by hypertrophied development of algae («flowering»); reducing oxygen content. Підтверджено ефективність застосування комплексної анаеробно-аеробної технології. Запропоновано спосіб інтенсифікації стадії аеробної ферментації застосуванням підвищеної концентрації активного мулу. Це дасть змогу значно прискорити процес очищення і зменшити тривалість процесу. Analyzed the ecological state of the food industry, particularly the dairy industry. Confirmed the effectiveness of the integrated anaerobic - aerobic technology. The method of intensification stage aerobic fermentation using a high concentration of activated sludge. This will significantly speed up the cleaning process and reduce the duration of the process.
