Abstract

The paper addresses the optimisation of service processes in a business hotel focused on business travellers and business events. It substantiates that service speed, operational accuracy and stable standards form the competitive advantages of a hotel enterprise. The analysis identified the main areas requiring improvement: automation of operations, equipment renewal, standardisation of procedures, rationalisation of staff schedules, improvement of internal communication and the use of guest review analytics. Special attention is paid to the specific operation of a business hotel under martial law, including the need to ensure service continuity, guest safety and stable operation during air-raid alerts and power supply disruptions. A comprehensive optimisation model is proposed, combining automation of routine operations, staff training, online review analysis and more active promotion of conference halls and meeting rooms as a source of additional revenue.
