Синергія інвестиційного потенціалу та соціально-відповідальних трудових практик у системі корпоративної соціальної відповідальності підприємств

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано взаємозалежність між інвестиційним потенціалом та соціальною відповідальністю бізнесу, яка проявляється у тому, що ці два елементи взаємно підсилюють один одного і формують основу сталого розвитку підприємства. Розкрито синергічний ефект інвести-ційного потенціалу підприємства (відображає можливості залучати та ефективно використовувати фінансові, матеріальні й людські ресурси для розвитку) та соціальної відповідальності бізнесу (при роботі з персоналом забезпечує формування позитивного іміджу, підвищує довіру інвесторів, парт-нерів і суспільства) та виражено його у вигляді математичної функції, в якій фігурує інвестиційна привабливість, інвестиційний потенціал, розвиток людського капіталу (освіта, навички, мотива-ція персоналу), репутація підприємства на ринку та соціальні та кадрові ризики. Зазначено, що сутність синергії полягає у взаємному підсиленні інвестиційного потенціалу та соціально-відпові-дальних трудових практик, що разом формують підґрунтя для зростання конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Обґрунтовано, що інвестиційний потенціал і соціальна відповідальність бізнесу не існують окремо, а утворюють тісний взаємозв’язок, а корпоративна соціальна відповідальність стає своєрідним «нематеріальним активом», який зміцнює конкурентні позиції підприємства. Аргументо-вано, що підприємства, які активно впроваджують соціально-відповідальні трудові практики (про-фесійний розвиток персоналу, охорона праці, інклюзивність, корпоративні соціальні програми), мають суттєві переваги над тими, які нехтують цими аспектами. Представлено схему синергії інвес-тиційного потенціалу підприємства та соціально-відповідальних трудових практик. Визначено, що схема синергії демонструє замкнений цикл взаємного підсилення, де інвестиційні ресурси дозволя-ють реалізовувати соціальні програми, а ці програми, у свою чергу, зміцнюють інвестиційні пози-ції, корпоративна соціальна відповідальність та конкурентні переваги підприємства. Побудовано модель впливу соціально-відповідальних трудових практик на інвестиційну привабливість підпри-ємства, вихідним до розробки якої є інвестиційний потенціал підприємства.The article substantiates the interdependence between investment potential and business social responsibility, which is manifested in the fact that these two elements mutually reinforce each other and form the basis for the sustainable development of the enterprise. The synergistic effect of the investment potential of the enterprise (reflects the ability to attract and effectively use financial, material and human resources for development) and the social responsibility of business (when working with personnel, it ensures the formation of a positive image, increases the trust of investors, partners and society) is revealed and expressed in the form of a mathematical function, which includes investment attractiveness, investment potential, development of human capital (education, skills, motivation of personnel), the reputation of the enterprise in the market and social and personnel risks. It is noted that the essence of synergy lies in the mutual reinforcement of investment potential and socially responsible labor practices, which together form the basis for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. It is substantiated that investment potential and social responsibility of business do not exist separately, but form a close relationship, and corporate social responsibility becomes a kind of "intangible asset" that strengthens the competitive position of the enterprise. It is argued that enterprises that actively implement socially responsible labor practices (professional development of personnel, occupational safety, inclusion, corporate social programs) have significant advantages over those that neglect these aspects. A scheme of synergy between the investment potential of the enterprise and socially responsible labor practices is presented. It is determined that the synergy scheme demonstrates a closed cycle of mutual reinforcement, where investment resources allow the implementation of social programs, and these programs, in turn, strengthen the investment position, corporate social responsibility and competitive advantages of the enterprise. A model of the influence of socially responsible labor practices on the investment attractiveness of an enterprise has been constructed, the starting point for the development of which is the investment potential of the enterprise.
