Abstract
Визначено особливості хлібопекарської промисловості. Проаналізовано основні чинники, які впливають на конкурентоспроможність підприємств хлібопекарської промисловості. Акцентовано увагу на подорожчанні сировинних складових, що сприяє зростанню індексів споживчих цін на хліб.
The features of the baking industry are identified. The main factors that affect the competitiveness of baking industry enterprises are analyzed. Attention is focused on the increase in the cost of raw materials, which contributes to the growth of consumer price indices for bread.
