The integration of artificial intelligence into education – challenges and opportunities

Abstract

This paper examines the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational process as a key factor in the modernisation of the education system. It analyses the potential for using AI in adaptive learning, automated assessment, the creation of intelligent learning systems, and educational data analytics. It identifies the main challenges related to ethical and social aspects, as well as the prospects for technological development in shaping 21st-century skills. The paper emphasises the combination of innovation with pedagogical expertise. У роботі розглядається інтеграція штучного інтелекту в освітній процес як ключовий чинник модернізації системи навчання. Проаналізовано можливості використання ШІ для адаптивного навчання, автоматизованого оцінювання, створення інтелектуальних навчальних систем та аналітики освітніх даних. Визначено основні виклики, пов’язані з етичними та соціальними аспектами, а також перспективи розвитку технологій у формуванні навичок XXI століття. Робота акцентує на поєднанні інновацій з педагогічною майстерністю.
