Європейський досвід законодавчого регулювання краудфандингу

Abstract

В тезах узагальнено європейський досвід законодавчого регулювання краудфандингу. Розкрито основні моменти, як передбачає Європейський Регламент щодо регулювання краудфандингу. Проаналізовано вплив прийняття спільних рамок щодо регулювання краудфандингу в Європі на зростання обсягів фінансування через використання краудфандингу. Доведено важливість прийняття спеціального закону про краудфандинг в Україні. The theses summarize the European experience of legislative regulation of crowdfunding. The main points are revealed, as provided for by the European Regulation on the regulation of crowdfunding. The impact of the adoption of a common framework for the regulation of crowdfunding in Europe on the growth of financing volumes through the use of crowdfunding is analyzed. The importance of adopting a special law on crowdfunding in Ukraine is proven.
