Сучасні тенденції впровадження універсального дизайну в готелях як шлях до безбар’єрності у сфері гостинності

Abstract

У статті розглянуто роль універсального дизайну в сучасному готельному господарстві як важливого елементу інклюзивного та сталого розвитку індустрії гостинності. Проаналізовано основні принципи універсального дизайну та можливості їх застосування у готелях для створення комфортного, безпечного й доступного середовища для всіх категорій гостей. Визначено, що впровадження безбар’єрних рішень сприяє підвищенню якості сервісу, конкурентоспроможності та формуванню позитивного іміджу готельних підприємств.The article examines the role of universal design in the modern hotel industry as an important element of inclusive and sustainable development of the hospitality industry. The main principles of universal design and the possibilities of their application in hotels to create a comfortable, safe and accessible environment for all categories of guests are analyzed. It is determined that the implementation of barrier-free solutions contributes to improving the quality of service, competitiveness and the formation of a positive image of hotel enterprises.
