Аналіз основних тенденцій розвитку українських компаній аграрної промисловості на Варшавській фондовій біржі

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню питання діяльності українських аграрних компаній на Варшавській фондовій біржі. Приведено аналіз останніх наукових публікацій, пов’язаних із дослідженням активності крупних агрохолдингів України на світових торгівельних майданчиках. З’ясовано, що наслідком експортної орієнтованості аграрного сектору є їх вихід на IPO на світових фондових біржах, зокрема 11 публічних агрокомпаній є суб’єктами фондових індексів. На Варшавській фондовій біржі українські компанії харчової промисловості представлені часткою 35% та формують 97,4% другого національного індексу Варшавської фондової біржі (WIG Ukraine).The purpose of the article is to analyze the main trends in the activity of Ukrainian agricultural companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange over the past 10 years and identify opportunities for their development. The methodological basis of the research results is the following methods: generalization - for critical analysis of the content of modern scientific publications on the study of the activities of companies on the stock markets; graphical - for visualizing the dynamics of share prices; analytical and tabular - for analysis of share prices and capitalization of companies; calculation and analytical - when determining deviations in the value of shares over the past 10 years; trend - for forecasting the prices of shares of research objects; generalization and prognostic - during the formation of conclusions from this study.
