Щоб вирішити цю проблему, потрібно: по-перше, підготувати висококваліфіковані кадри, здатні об'єднати сучасні технологічні процеси з фізіологією і фармакологією харчування для конструювання нових продуктів з високою функціональною активністю; по-друге, створити вітчизняну індустрію здорового харчування, докорінно реконструювавши підприємства харчової промисловості й оснастивши їх потрібною технікою; по-третє, розробити і впровадити економічно вигідні технології виробництва продуктів як масового споживання, так і спеціального призначення. Initiation and development of the industry of food for well-being foresees the elaboration of principally novelty foodstuffs. In order to solve this problem, it is needed to implement several measures. Firstly, training high-qualified personnel who will be able to combine the updated technological processes with nutrition pharmacology and physiology for constricting the foodstuffs with increased functional activity is important. Secondly, our task is to create the domestic industry of foods for well-being by radically renovating the food industrial enterprises and providing them with all the necessary equipment.
