The proposed stratification of the requirements for the formation of strategic plans and the possibilities that they allow to implement, and the stratification of the indicators of globalization influence. The factors of globalization influence on the formation of uncertainty in the activities of Ukrainian enterprises are studied and the features of this influence on the process of strategic planning are indicated. Also, as an indicator of the effectiveness of strategic planning, an assessment of the level of approximation of the actual and target results of the enterprise's activity is proposed. A comparison of the first derivatives of the efficiency indicator was used to reduce the uncertainty in the estimation of the rates of dynamic approximation of the actual and forecast results. For a relevant assessment of the change in the level of uncertainty in parameter sequences, a method of ordering heterogeneous sequences is proposed. Вказано, що різнонаправлені вектори глобалізаційних впливів обумовлюють утворення складного «конкурентного ландшафту», що збільшує невизначеність стратегічного планування. Запропонована стратифікація вимог до формування стратегічних планів і можливостей, що вони дозволяють реалізувати, та стратифікація показників глобалізаційного впливу. Досліджені фактори глобалізаційного впливу на формування невизначеності в діяльності українських підприємств і вказані особливості цього впливу на процес стратегічного планування. Також як показник ефективності стратегічного планування запропонована оцінка рівня наближення фактичних і цільових результатів діяльності підприємства. Для зменшення невизначеності в оцінюванні темпів динамічного наближення фактичних і прогнозних результатів використане порівняння перших похідних показника ефективності.
