Отримані дані показують, що продовольча безпека є однією з найбільших проблем, з якими сьогодні стикається людство, проте страхування може бути важливим інструментом для зменшення ризиків безпечності харчових продуктів. Дослідження також припускає, що існує безліч ефективних методів, що забезпечують безпеку харчових продуктів. Аналіз показує, що існує чотири типи страхових продуктів, пов’язаних із безпекою харчових продуктів: загальна комерційна відповідальність; переривання бізнесу; відкликання товару; відповідальність за товар. The research analyzes the impact and role of insurance in ensuring and improving food safety and food security in accordance with international and national experience. The findings reveal that food security and safety is one of the biggest issues today facing humanity, but insurance can be a big instrument to mitigate to food safety and security risks. The study also suggests that there are a lot of effective methods providing food safety and security.
