The extracts obtained from apples and pumpkin are offered for use in the production of milk drinks, since whey was used as an extractant. Досліджено процес екстрагування пектиновмістної сировини при різних факторах температури, тривалості, гідромодулі з використанням вібраційного перемішування середовища.
