Наведені приклади сучасних способів пропагації дріжджів на підприємствах галузі, які дозволяють отримати високу концентрацію клітин, що знаходяться в інтенсивній фазі розмноження, знизити ризик зараження чистої культури дріжджів, збільшити продуктивність підприємства в цілому.The modern methods of reproduction of brewing yeasts are analysed since the laboratory stage. Reasons of insufficient accumulation of biological mass of yeasts are described at the use of traditional anaerobic technology of their receipt. Factors which influence on intensification of process of breeding of clean culture of brewing yeasts are certain.
