Головні цілі інвестиційних проектів повинні сприяти активізації інвестиційної діяльності в країні, тому що дані проекти мають національне і галузеве значення. Системні проекти спрямовані на проведення реформ в економіці країни, мають велике значення для економіки країни. Галузеві проекти й повинні сприяти проведенню економічних перетворень в окремих галузях та на підприємствах. Пропонується моделювання процесу інвестування аграрного сектору. The concepts of project development of agrarian sector are concerned. Main project goals are important for brunch and country. These goals should active investment activity in the state. Systems projects are directed on the reformation in economy of the country. Brunch projects are to contribute the economic changes in brunches and enterprises. We suggest modeling the process of agrarian sector investment development. In modern conditions of economic development is an important issue stimulate investment for the development of industries. Implementation of the new concept of investment policy is due to the radicalization of economic decision-making system in the largest social tension and the need for quick economic return on investment.
