Експериментально встановлені оптимальні умови для максимального звільнення кубового залишку від ключових домішок спирту. Results over of researches of efficiency of exception of ethyl spirit are brought from the factions enriched by volatile organic admixtures in the mode of the guided cycles of rectification depending on the change of zones of introduction of feed in a starting column. The brought apparatus-technological chart over of setting, her description. Indicated charges of feed, warming pair, exit of concentrate of esteras and fusel oil, condition of realization of researches. The brought comparative description over of standards of the rectified ethyl spirit, researches got after select variants, careful analysis of physical and chemical indexes of tests of deep blue hydroalcoholic liquid and tests of concentrate of esteras and fusel oil for different variants. It is practically well-proven that for the maximal release of deep blue remain from organic admixtures expedient is energising on the twentieth dish, and water for selection by waterї on the thirtieth (overhead) piattis of column. Thus the main, intermediate and eventual admixtures of alcohol are effectively withdrawn: content of aldehydes in well-educated of concentrate of esteras and fusel oil in comparing to other tests of concentrate of esteras and fusel oil grows on 41,8%, of esteras on 56,5%, alcohols of fusel oil on 48,4%, methyl alcohol on 57,0%, offtype on 78,8%.
