The recombinant bacterial strains of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus fermentum were constructed for production of lysozyme. It was shown the construction of recombinant strains of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus fermentum producing lysozyme lysing cells of staphylococci.
