| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглянуто деякі аспекти обліку франчайзингових операцій в Україні. Визначено основні об'єкти обліку в підприємства-франчайзі, поява яких зумовлена підписанням договору франчайзингу, а також основні переваги франчайзингу, що дозволяють знизити операційні витрати та підвищити ефективність виробничої діяльності. Проаналізовано взаємовідносини між франчайзером і франчайзі (їх взаємовідносини, зобов'язання, процедуру взаємодії та винагороди). Охарактеризовано основні аспекти франчайзингових операцій з нематеріальними активами, зобов'язаннями, що виникають перед франчайзером, гарантії (заставні права на обладнання), нарахування амортизації на нематеріальні активи (франшизу), відсотки (у разі використання позикового капіталу), витрати, пов'язані з освоєнням нового виду діяльності. This article discusses some aspects of the accounting of franchise operations in Ukraine. The main accounting items of the franchise enterprise are outlined, the creation of which is predetermined by signing the franchise agreement. The paper considers the relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee, defines their relationship, commitment, cooperation and compensation procedures; highlights the franchise operations of intangible assets, liabilities arising prior to the franchisor, guarantees (mortgage rights on the equipment), the amortization of intangible assets (franchise), interest (using borrowed capital) and costs associated with the development of a new activity; describes the main advantages of a franchise that reduce operational costs and improve production efficiency. | uk_UA |
