Анотація
The main issues of formation of risk-oriented strategy of enterprise development in modern conditions are considered in the article. The conditions of functioning of enterprises in the conditions of globalization and internationalization are determined. In modern business conditions, companies are looking for new approaches to strengthening their position in the market, this is what requires the improvement of enterprise management systems. The basis that will ensure the effective functioning of enterprises, we consider the mechanism of economic activity, focused on process management, which provides a clear formalization, structure of risk management processes. The developed mechanism of formation of risk-oriented development strategy makes it possible to adapt each of the five proposed stages to the specifics of enterprises in the current globalization of the economy, taking into account the tasks of their innovative development and the possible impact of many risks. And ensuring an effective enterprise risk management system. The article substantiates the possibility of implementing a risk management methodology based on a system. У статті розглянуто основні питання формування ризик-орієнтованої стратегії розвитку підприємства в сучасних умовах. Визначено умови функціонування підприємств в умовах глобалізації та інтернаціоналізації. У сучасних умовах ведення бізнесу компанії шукають нові підходи до зміцнення своїх позицій на ринку, саме це вимагає вдосконалення систем управління підприємством. Основою, яка забезпечить ефективне функціонування підприємств, ми вважаємо механізм господарської діяльності, орієнтований на управління процесами, що забезпечує чітку формалізацію, структуру процесів управління ризиками. Розроблений механізм формування стратегії розвитку, орієнтованого на ризик, дозволяє адаптувати кожен із п’яти запропонованих етапів до особливостей підприємств в умовах сучасної глобалізації економіки з урахуванням завдань їх інноваційного розвитку та можливого впливу багатьох ризиків і забезпечення ефективної системи управління ризиками на підприємстві. У статті обґрунтовується можливість впровадження методології управління ризиками на системній основі.
