dc.description.abstractMannich aminomethylation of 8-methyl-7-hydroxy-2'-fluoroisoflavones applying bis-(N,N-dimethylamino) methane afforded C-6 substituted N,N-dimethylaminomethyl derivatives. Subsequent acetylation of these compounds in acetic anhydride in the presence of potassium acetate provided access to the corresponding acetoxymethyl derivatives that were converted to hydroxymethyl- and alkoxymethyl-substituted 7-hydroxyisoflavonoids. Addition of 3-(N,N-dimethylamino)-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one or 1,3-dimethyl-5-aminopyrazole with thermally generated orthoquinone methides led to hetero-Diels–Alder or Michael adducts
dc.description.abstractАмінометилювання 8-метил-7-гідрокси-2'-флуорізофлавонів за Манніхом із застосуванням біс-(N,N-диметиламіно)метану дало С-6 заміщені N,N-диметиламінометил похідні. Подальше ацетилювання цих сполук в оцтовому ангідриді в присутності ацетату калію забезпечувало доступ до відповідних ацетоксиметильних похідних, які перетворювались на гідроксиметил- та алкоксиметилзаміщені 7-гідроксиізофлавоноїди. Додавання 3-(N,N-диметиламіно)-5,5-диметил-2-циклогексен-1-ону або 1,3-диметил-5-амінопіразолу з термічно генерованими орто-хінонметидами призвело до гетеро-Дільса-Альдера або Міхаеля аддуктів
