dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано гендерні особливості мотивації студентів технічного університету. Визначено мотиваційні комплекси навчально-професійної мотивації. Встановлено взаємозв’язок процесів мотивації та гендерних особливостей розвитку особистості студента. Наведено результати психодіагностики мотивації студентів. Розроблено психолого-педагогічні рекомендації щодо розвитку мотивації студентів технічного університету з урахуванням гендерних особливостей розвитку. The article analyzes gender peculiaritis of motivation of the Technical University Students, psychological factors of its formation in the process of professional training of the future specialist. It is determined the connection between the motivation of student and his gender peculiarities.The main mechanisms of the individual development are put in the personality oriented education. The subject activity of student plays leading role in the process of the professional becoming and personality growth. The professional self-realization of the future specialist is predefined his readiness to the professional motivation on the base of subjects activity growth. Today’s reforms of Ukrainian Higher education need for radical change of traditional system of young people’s training for the optimum self-development and self-realization of their individual potential on the base of personality motivational growth. The result of this investigation is training program “Gender peculiaritis formation of the motivation of the Technical University Students”. In our research the psychological and pedagogical recommendations are worked out about development of the gender peculiaritis of motivation of the Technical University Students.uk_UA
