Метою запропонованої машини є покращення якості тіста, раціональне зменшення енерговитрат на замішування тіста, забезпечення оптимальної тривалості замішування, спрощення конструкції.
The purpose of the proposed machine is to improve the quality of the dough, the rational reduction energy consumption for kneading dough, optimal duration of mixing, design simplification.
