In the article the application of the methodology of computer modeling cognitive processes bakery production forecast for the script of their behavior under uncertainty. В статті розглядається застосування методології комп’ютерного когнітивного моделювання технологічних процесів хлібопекарного виробництва для отримання прогнозу-сценарію їх поведінки в умовах невизначеності.
