Abstract

Розглянемо процес сушіння продукту в трьохфазній системі. За умов сушіння продукту в трьохфазній системі видалення вологи із продукту відбувається рівномірно по всій поверхні теплообміну. Режим термічної дії на продукт є двохстороннім. Із одного боку, продукт висушується за рахунок температури потоку гарячого повітря t1, а з другого, за рахунок дії температури фторопластового кубика t2. Це забезпечує інтенсифікацію теплообмінних процесів.
