dc.description.abstractThe research was conducted to determine the influence of the parameters of the extraction process on the extraction of target components from spices and aromatic raw materials for its intensification, and the ability of cardamom, ginger and red pepper to determine the accumulation of heavy metal ions was determined. Дослідження проводилося з метою визначення впливу параметрів процесу екстрагування на вилучення цільових компонентів з спецій і ароматичної сировини для його інтенсифікації, а також здатність кардамону, імбиру та червоного перцю визначати накопичення іонів важких металів.uk_UA
