dc.description.abstractA one-dimensional ballistic superlattic (mesoscopic crystal) containing impurity centers at potential barriers is considered. The dependence of the transmission coefficient T on the energy ε is evaluated for this structure. It is shown that scatterers are responsible for an increase in T by several orders of magnitude. Розглядається одновимірна балістична надгратка (мезоскопічний кристал), що містить домішки в потенціальних бар’єрах. Обчислена залежність коефіцієнта трансмісії Т від енергії ε. Показано, що завдяки розсіювачам величина Т збільшується на декілька порядків.uk_UK
