Імператорське Російське товариство порятунку на водах та діяльність його сільського осередку на Чернігівщині

Abstract

У статті представлено точку зору на основні напрямки діяльності однієї з чисельно масових громадських організацій Російської імперії – Імператорського Російського товариства порятунку на водах, зокрема його Чернігівського окружного правління у справі організації Слобідського сільського рятувального посту у період 1901–1910 рр. Звернена увага на неефективні підходи посадових осіб щодо організації, розвитку та удосконалення форм і методів діяльності Осередку у с. Микільській та Передмостовій Слобідках Остерського повіту.

The article presents viewpoint to the main lines of one of the numerically mass social organizations of Russian Empire – Imperial Russian life-saving society on waters, The Society realized all practical activities through its district administrations and departments, in particular through Chernigiv district administration The main exposition of material is connected with organizing of Slohodian rural life saving post in period from 1901 to 1910. Actuality of the theme is conditioned by two factors: the first is objective investigation of life-saving system on waters, the second is discovering, analysis and evaluation of social element in work of the Society, particularly stressing on motivating moments of individual citizens participation in statutory social organizations in the end of 19-th beginning of 20-th century, including those created on rural administrative territorial level. Against background of general information about undoubtedly positive results in the activity of the life-saving Society on waters attention is paid to ineffective approaches of officials to theorganization, development, improvement of the departments work methods in villages MykilskaSlobidka and PeredmostovaSlobidka in Osier district. Investigation of motivating individual moments concerning participation in rural social societies is considered to be perspective Because against background of activity of voluntary social societies in examined villages the affair of organizing a Centre of life-saving Society on waters in 1910 didn't get moving. Contents of archival materials, on which the article is based, are firstly brought into scientific circulation.
