Інформаційно-бібліотечний супровід системи "Публікаційна карта НУХТ" — новий підхід у забезпеченні науково-дослідної діяльності університету

Abstract

У статті розглянуто роль бібліотеки, що є невід'ємним і важливим структурним підрозділом університету, потужним освітнім, дослідницьким і науково-технічним центром, орієнтованим на створення глобального інформаційно- освітнього простору. Визначено, що розвиток науки, освіти, основних складників системи забезпечення її якості потребує інноваційних підходів до організації діяльності бібліотек закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО) і впровадження нових методів та форм інформаційного супроводу науково-дослідної роботи науковців та університету. Досліджено вплив сучасних ІКТ на створення принципово нових видів інформаційних ресурсів та послуг для забезпечення потреб учених університету. Розглянуто актуальність створення, функціонування та використання інформаційно-аналітичної системи ІАС "Публікаційна карта НУХТ", що є електронною формою наукової комунікації й має на меті оперативне інформування академічної спільноти закладу: Приділено увагу питанню ефективної взаємодії електронної бібліотечної системи з цифровим інформаційно-освітнім середовищем ЗВО. Підбито підсумки апробації системи "Публікаційна карта НУХТ", запропоновано оптимальну модель її функціонування. Для досягнення поставленої мети було об'єднано результати аналізу авторських профілів науковців університету в наукометричних базах Scopus, Web of Science, бібліографічній базі даних із відкритим цитуванням Google Scholar та інституційному репозитарії НУХТ. Надано рекомендації щодо оптимального використання його інформаційних ресурсів, що сприятиме підвищенню рейтингу професорсько-викладацького складу, студентів, здобувачів та ЗВО загалом. The article considers the role of the library, w hich is an integral and important structural unit of the university, a pow erful educational, research and scientific and technical center, which is oriented tow ards the creation of a global informational and educational space. It was determined that the development of science, education, the main components of the quality asurance system of education requires innovative approaches in the activities of libraries of higher education institutions and the introduction of new methods and forms in the work of information support for research work of scientists and the university. The influence of modern information technologies on the creation of fundamentally new types of information resources and sendees to meet the needs of university scientists has been studied. There levance of the creation, functioning and use of the information-analytical system Publication card of NUFT is considered, which is an electronic form of scientific communication, the main function of which is to promptly inform the scientific community of the university. The attention was paid to the issue of effective interaction of the electronic library system with the electronic information and educational environment of the institution of higher education. The results of approbation of the system Publication map of NUFT are. presented, and the optimal model of functioning of the information-analytical system is presented and proposed. To achieve the goal, it was proposed to combine the results of the analysis of the authors' profiles of the University's scientists at Scopus, Web of Science, a bibliographic database with an open citation of Google Scholar and art institution's repository of the University. New recommendations on the use of the information of the institution's repository of the university are given, which is the key to increasing the scientific rating of the scientist and the university.
