Особливості функціонування олійно-жирової галузі України

Abstract

Аналіз функціонування олійно-жирової галузі України показав, що для подальшому розвитку галузі слід враховувати деякі особливості. Найвагомішою із них є насиченість внутрішнього ринку, що вимагає від виробників орієнтації на експорт. Analysis of the functioning of oil and fat industry in Ukraine showed that for the further development of the field should take into account some special features. Most significant of these is the saturation of the domestic market, which requires manufacturers to focus on exports.
