Розглянуті різні теорії структури капіталу. Проаналізована фінансова структура вітчизняних підприємств. Наведені основні проблеми формування оптимальної структури капіталу в сучасних умовах. Розглянуті проблеми залучення різних джерел фінансування діяльності підприємства. The different theories of a structure of the capital are considered. The analysed financial structure of the domestic enterprises. The indicated main problems of shaping of an optimum structure of the capital in modern conditions. The problems of engaging of different sources of financing of activity of the enterprise are considered.
