Abstract
Визначено параметри процесу ІЧ-сушіння морквяних вичавок та знайдено залежність швидкості сушіння від попередньої теплової обробки морквяної сировини. The identified parameters of infrared drying process of carrot husks and found dependence of speed of drying prior heat treatment of raw carrot.
