Управління потенціалом як інтеграційний вид управлінської діяльності підприємств

Abstract

Досліджено основні проблеми управлінської діяльності, з якими зіштовхнулися підприємства в сучасних умовах. Запропоновано ключові положення, на основі яких ґрунтується інтеграційний характер управління потенціалом підприємства. Визначено взаємозв’язки між елементами багаторівневої структури потенціалу підприємства та різними видами управління. Доведено визначальну роль формування потенціалу підприємства у відтворювальних процесах. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження системи управління потенціалом з метою інтеграції всієї сукупності управлінських впливів на рівні підприємства. The basic problems of management, faced by enterprises in modern conditions are studied. The key provisions are offered, the integrative character of the management by the potential of the enterprise is based on them. The interconnections between the elements of multilevel structure of the enterprise potential and different types of management are defined. The decisive role of formation of the enterprise potential in reproductive processes is proved. The necessity of introduction of a system of management by the potential to integrate the totality of management influences on the enterprise level is substantiated.
