Проаналізовано доцільність використання дієтичної добавки Ламідан
та цикорлакту у рецептурах нових пастильних виробів оздоровчого
спрямування з метою збагачення їх мінерального складу.
Mineral composition of new pastila wares
of the health setting. The analysis of expediency of the use of dietary addition of
Ламидан and цикорлакта is conducted in compounding of new pastila wares of
the health setting with the purpose of enriching of their mineral composition.
