Формування та ефективність функціонування агрохолдингів

Abstract

Із позицій системного підходу досліджено теоретико-методологічні та прикладні аспекти розвитку інтеграційних процесів у сільському господарстві через призму організаційних, економічних та соціальних чинників. Опрацьовано організаційний, управлінський та ресурсний інструментарій їх функціонування, як елементи побудови ефективної моделі подальшого розвитку агропромислового виробництва на інноваційній основі. Визначено організаційний, економічний, структурний і правовий етапи створення агрохолдингів. Побудовано загальну схему агрохолдингу та його організаційну модель, в якій система управління складається із двох центрів контролю – фінансового та виробничого. Проведено порівняльний аналіз інтеграції сфер господарської діяльності залежно від форми об'єднання компаній. Проведено комплексне дослідження ефективності господарської діяльності агрохолдингів, проаналізовано використання ними ресурсного потенціалу, розроблено напрями підвищення ефективності господарської діяльності та обґрунтовано необхідність збалансування соціально-економічних параметрів розвитку з рахуванням інтересів сільських територій, в межах яких вони ведуть діяльність.From the standpoint of a systemic approach, the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the development of integration processes in agriculture were studied through the prism of organizational, economic and social factors. The organizational, managerial and resource tools of their functioning were worked out as elements of building an effective model for the further development of agro-industrial production on an innovative basis. The organizational, economic, structural and legal stages of creating agro-holdings were determined. The general scheme of an agro-holding and its organizational model were constructed, in which the management system consists of two control centers - financial and production. A comparative analysis of the integration of economic activity spheres depending on the form of association of companies was carried out. A comprehensive study of the efficiency of the economic activity of agro-holdings was carried out, their use of resource potential was analyzed, directions for increasing the efficiency of economic activity were developed and the need to balance socio-economic parameters of development was substantiated, taking into account the interests of rural areas within which they operate was justified.
