Abstract
В статье проанализированы результаты эксплуатации современных выпарных установок реконструированных сахарных заводов. Методом математического моделирования оценены последствия различных схем ввода сока в выпарную установку.
The indexes of modern evaporating systems operation are analysed in the article, data based on equipments installed within sugar plants reconstruction. Consequences of various schemes of input of juice at evaporating installation are estimated by methods of mathematical modelling.
