Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання мовної політики Ради Європи щодо збереження та розвитку національних мов держав-членів ЄС, питання щодо програми вивчення іноземних мов з метою створення багатокультурного та багатомовного простору на теренах Європи.The article deals with the language policy of the Council of Europe relating to the conservation and development of national languages of the EU Member States, issues of language learning programmeswith the aim of formation multicultural and multilingual education space in Europe.
