dc.description.abstractУ статті наведено матеріали, які стосуються особливостей процесів лущення волоських горіхів, аналізу теорій дроблення твердих матеріалів і теорій опору матеріалів на предмет їх застосування при вирішені задач синтезу технологічного обладнання для реалізації таких процесів. Особливістю і завданням процесів лущення горіхів є максимально можливе збереження природної форми ядер. При цьому така задача знаходиться у суперечності з глибиною руйнувань оболонок. Останнє означає необхідність обмеження деформацій при руйнуванні горіха. Зроблено висновок, що неенер- гетичні витрати на реалізацію процесів є головними, як це має місце в теоріях дроблення матеріалів. Звернення до теорій міцності в опорі матеріалів показало певні перспективи використання систем з об ’ємними напруженими станами. З цієї точки зору підтверджено важливість переходу до систем з лінійними навантаженнями для оцінки граничних напружень і модулів пружності матеріалів. Наведено результати експериментальних визначень граничних напружень, відносних деформацій і модулів пружності, що стосуються матеріалу оболонок, оцінку впливів вологості на фізико-механічні характеристики оболонок, представлено графічні і математичні формалізації. Перехід до експериментальних досліджень безпосередньо з горіхами також має здійснюватись на основі пошуку залежностей між силовими діями і деформаціями. При цьому факторами впливу обрано абсолютні розміри плодів, їхня форма (сферична або еліпсоїдна), товщина оболонок, орієнтація горіхів відносно напрямку силової дії, вологість тощо. The article deals with the peculiarities of the processes of crushing of walnuts, the analysis of theories of crushing of solid materials and theories of resistance of materials for their application in solving problems of synthesizing technological equipment for the implementation of such processes. The peculiarity and task of the processes of crushing of walnuts is to preserve the natural shape of the nuclei as much as possible. In this case, this problem is in conflict with the depth of shell destruction. The latter means the need to limit deformations in the destruction of a walnuts. It is concluded that energy costs for the implementation of processes are not the main ones, as is the case in theories of material crushing. The article also addresses the theories of strength in the support of materials, which showed certain perspectives of using systems with volumetric stress states. From this point of view, the importance of moving to systems with linear loads for the estimation of the ultimate stresses and modes of elasticity of materials is shown. The article presents the results of experimental definitions of boundary stresses, relative deformations and modulus of elasticity related to the material of shells, presents graphical and mathematical formalizations. The influence of humidity on the physical and mechanical characteristics of the shells is given. The transition to experimental studies directly with walnuts also be based on the search for the relationship between force action and deformation. In this case, the factors of influence are the absolute size of the walnuts, their shape (spherical or ellipsoidal), the thickness of the shells, the orientation of the walnuts relative to the direction of force action, humidity, etc.uk_UA
