В статті висвітлено історію створення Національного університету харчових технологій, його структуру та здобутки. Представлено інформацію про кафедру технології хлібопекарських і кондитерських виробів, зокрема історію її створення та розвитку, наукові досягнення та наукові школи. The article describes the history of creation of the National University of food technologies, its structure and achievements. Provides information about the Department of technology of bakery and confectionery products, in particular, the history of its creation and development, scientific achievements and scientific schools.
