Abstract
Companies of meat and dairy industry are chemically hazardous objects because they are equipped with ammonia refrigerating systems. The sources of such companies ’potential danger are also: gas facilities, gas stations, storages of oxygen and propane-butane containers, shops for draying milk raw. That is why companies of meat-dairy industry should develop “Regulations for arrangement, operation and maintenance of the systems for early detection of emergency situations and alert of people in case they appear ” according to the Order of the Ministry of Ukraine for Emergency Situations and on Affairs of Protecting Population from the consequence of Chernobyl Catastrophe № 228, dated 15.05.2006.
