Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі подолання структурного дисбалансу попиту і пропозиції на промисловому сегменті ринку праці України. Запропоновано модель стратегії розвитку промислового сегменту ринку праці, яка базується на подоланні глибинних першопричин дисбалансу і державному стимулюванні ефективної співпраці між суб’єктами, що мають відношення до ринку праці. This article is devoted to the problem of overcoming the structural imbalance of supply and demand in the industrial segment of the labor market in Ukraine. The model development strategy of industrial segment of the labor market is offered. The model is based on overcoming the underlying root causes of imbalances and public stimulate effective cooperation between entities that are relevant to the labor market.
